Camping. I love love love camping.

A built in bookshelf in the living room, a laundry room next to the bedroom, and a super secret hidden room.

I'm pretty much always relaxed but on stressful days, I take a hot bath and then get lost in a book, movie or video game.

A blind date with some dude that thought he should try to make out with me and squeeze my hand like it was going to leave my arm through the entire movie. And it was Avatar. Long movie.

Angelina Jolie just so I could see Brad Pitt naked. :)

Provolone, but I pretty much love all cheese.

I remember what she looks like but I can't remember her name.

My BFF. She's a good listener.

{one} when was the last time you used a pay phone (if ever)?

Like 5 years ago. Where I lived before didnt have cell phone towers and when my car ran outta gas, I had to walk to a pay phone.

{two} did you ever fail a subject in school?

Nope.

{three} where do you go to get your favorite hamburger/cheeseburger?

I don't eat hamburger...so nowhere!

{four} have you ever served jury duty?

Nope, thank God.

{five} how old were you when you moved out of your parents’ house?

It was like 5 months after my 18th birthday.

Red, probably.

{seven} do you have a pair of shoes that you wear all the time?

Yes, I have had a pair of flip flops for like 10 years that I refuse to give up. They are so worn out that just about everyone comments on them (not kindly) but they are so perfectly formed to my feet. I can't get rid of them.

I listen to in the mornings on my drive to work, but that's about it.

{nine} if you could turn one unhealthy food into a healthy one, what food would it be?

Wow. Good question. Probably pizza.

Erm, I don't think I've ever heard a public speaker to be honest.

Boyfriend. That's actually where I plan on honeymooning if we ever get married.

Boyfriend actually made me a mix CD last night, so this morning I listened to it.

Salt. Sorry...I've got nothing creative.

{four} if you were in a band, what kind of music would you play?

Alternative rock. For sure. And I'd be the bass player. And I'd have pink hair. Maybe.

{five} if you could have personally witnessed one historical event, which one would it be?

Wow. Gettysburg Address perhaps. Always have been interested in that time.

Psychology. I find it interesting.

The Super Bowl probably, not that I'm at all interested in football, but it would be pretty cool to say I was there.

Automatic but I do know how to drive a manual.

Besides babysitting my summers away, I worked as a McDonald's cashier. Woo Hoo.

Yeah, I took Boyfriend last year for his birthday to see Frank Santorelli

Last summer I believe. Dad lives like a mile away from an awesome course so we go often.

Sunday I took a picture of myself because I got a new hair cut.

Either throw it in my purse or put it in the change jar at home.

I have tried scrap booking and quickly discovered that I am just not creative enough for it.

Nope. I have bought scratch offs every now and then, but that's about it.

Usually just relaxing and playing music works for me.

I think I have one pair of holey jeans that I bought that way. But there is only one hole in them.

I try to, but I have a hard time staying asleep. I wake up a lot during the night.

I don't really like oreos by themselves, but I do love me some Cookies N Cream ice cream or Oreo Blizzards from Dairy Queen.

{four} do you wear shoes in your house?

Nope. As soon as I walk in the door, my shoes are the first things that come off. I even take them off at work sometimes.

Boyfriend and then my parents

Yes, my sister and I had a mashed potato fight once because we were mad at each other

I don't know. I'm asleep.

I have two best friends. One I've known since Kindergarten and the other is actually my first cousin. So, we've been friends for life.

I wrote Boyfriend a love letter for Valentine's Day actually, but that was the first time in a long time.

Our den. We have floor to ceiling shelves filled with games, books, movies and geeky collectors stuff.

When I was younger I would put every birthday card my dad sent me in a scrapbook, but not so much anymore.

Last spring. As soon as it started getting warm, my friends and I all went to the park, had a picnic and attempted to play played football. It was a blast.

Nope.

Either socks or my pink fuzzy slippers.

Liver. I know some will say that's not weird, but I don't eat weird things so that's as good as it gets.

Bras? Panties? I mean the bra is pretty essential since I am a bit busty, but I guess I could live without panties.

{one} did you buy a christmas tree this year?

Yes I did. I don't think I'll ever take it down :)

{two} what is your favorite holiday tradition?

Christmas at Dad's house. We usually wake him up in the wee hours of the morning and he lets us open presents and I always feel like a big kid because he goes ALL out. The stalkings are the best part because he puts really random crap in there. Like last year, among other things, I got a bottle of Midol, a Hannah Montana hair brush, a lump of coal, and like 6,000 tubes of chap stick.

{three} do you open your gifts on christmas eve or christmas day?

Both. I have three family get-togethers to attend between the 23rd and the 24th. Then on Christmas day, I have three more to go to. Gifts at all of them. Boyfriend and I will exchange gifts on Christmas morning.

{four} at what age did you stop believing in santa claus?

What do you mean? Santa isn't real?

{five} do you fill stockings?

Nope. Our stockings are empty. We let Dad handle those at his house.

{six} handmade presents or store bought presents?

Either. Honestly, I just like unwrapping stuff and the thoughtfulness is enough.

{seven} do you have a favorite christmas meal?

Ok, every year at my grandma's house I mix mashed potatoes, turkey, turkey gravy and a crumbled up homemade roll in a bowl and eat it. That's usually all I have, but its THE best thing ever.

{eight} is your christmas tree real or artificial?

Fake. I don't think a real tree will come into play until I start having kids.

I love the Hippopotamus song and Little Drummer Boy

This is hard, because my selfless side says I should choose to feed the hungry and what not, but my selfish side says ...1. Have enough money to live on without having to work and make sure my loved ones could do the same. 2. Be truly happy 3. Live and full and adventurous life.

{two} who is your favorite author?

I have many. I really like James Patterson though.

{three} what crowd were you involved in during high school?

Ok there was the popular/jock kids that everyone loved because they could play sports or because they were dating someone that could play sports. Then there was the next group down that were just popular because they were rich. Then  down one more tier were the kids that were popular because they were awesome...that's where I was. Obviously. :)

{four} what is your favorite thing to do when you have time to yourself?

Blog in all honesty. If not blogging, playing video games or reading.

{five} do you have any hidden talents?

I don't think so. My older sister is good at EVERYTHING. And it makes me angry. Anything she tries, she's awesome at it. Me? I can't do much. I play a little music on the bass or guitar, but I wouldn't say its a talent because I kinda suck at it. I do love it though.

{six} can you fake any accents?

No. Actually I don't know that I've really tried. And it would be weird if I tried now because I'm at work. People would look at me funny. I'm sure of that.

Yeah, I won an excellence in writing contest once and they put my picture in the paper.

Oh no. Dad would KILL ME.

{nine} what is your favorite job you’ve had?

The one I have now. Pretty much a paralegal for a coal company although I'm still working on getting my Associates Degree. So technically, I'm an Administrative Assistant right now.

Yeah, I have three scars from my gallbladder surgery. One on my arm from a bottle rocket gone rouge. And one on my foot from falling in a ditch when I was drunk.

I would buy a gift certificate to the mall and would then spend the gift certificate on many things. Ha!

 

{three} if you had to choose, would you rather live with your parents in the same house forever or 5000 miles away?

That's a hard one. I would probably say live with my dad in the same house forever.

 

{four} is your christmas tree up yet?

No, but I did just finish putting the tree up at my office. It looks awesome.

Nope.

{six} which would be worse: listening to the same song on replay for the rest of your life or having to eat the same meal everyday for the rest of your life?

Eating the same meal. Although the song thing would be incredibly annoying, too.

Yes and I go to the salon. I usually do highlights but every once in a while, I get it dyed.

Home. Snacks and drinks are cheaper at home :)

$1000 a week for sure. I would NEVER run out of money. Awesome.

{one} what time do you normally wake up?

I get up at 7:00 am every weekday, unless I allow myself to sleep an extra 15 minutes. On weekends, I'm usually up by 9:00 am.

{two} do you have a go-to song for karaoke?

I have only sang karaoke one time in public and I sang I Love Rock and Roll. I will never sing in public again.

{three} if you could only see black and white except for one color, what color would you choose to see?

Pink, just because it's perty.

{four} what color best matches your personality?

Erm, pink? Red maybe?

{five} if you could choose one meal to cook better than anyone else, what would it be?

Probably turkey. My family raves about my aunt's turkey and no one can beat it. I want to be the turkey cooker, so everyone will tell me how awesome I am.

{six} how many keys do you have on your key ring?

Six. Front Door, Back Door, Garage Door, Basement Door, Car and Boyfriend's Car

{seven} do you give your pets birthday/christmas gifts?

Yes. My dog gets a ton of goodies for his birthday and usually for Christmas he gets a stocking full of toys.

{eight} when your plate has different foods on it, do you mix or not?

Sometimes, depending on what it is. I don't really care if they mix. My step brother has to eat everything on separate plates because he can't stand his food touching.

My hair. I wish someone would wake up with me every morning and do my hair in a different way every day.

{one} do you collect anything? if so, what and how long have you been collecting?

 I have a huge collection of turtle figurines. My dad buys me a magnet every time he goes on a trip (once a month) I actually have a magnet for every state. I have every movie that Brad Pitt has ever been in. I also get a shot glass every time I go on a trip.

{two} what is one cleaning tip that you swear by?

Mr. Clean Magic Erasers. BEST.CLEANING.TOOL.EVER. Especially on bathtubs. It gets that yucky dirty and soap scum right off.

{three} who would you call for bail money?

My dad, without a doubt. I could seriously be locked in a jail cell in Mexico and he'd come get me.

{four} what is one thing you miss about being a kid?

The whole not paying bills thing. And not going to work.

{five} name a few of your guilty pleasures.

Sweet Tea Vodka and lemonades. And cookies. OMG I love cookies.

{six} how early do you start your holiday shopping?

I usually start on black Friday. This year, I've already gotten three gifts purchased and wrapped so I'm getting a head start!

{seven} what is a family tradition that you would like to pass on to your significant other/children?

Every 23rd of December, we stay up all night and wait until it is exactly 12:01 on Christmas Eve and we all pile into the car and go wake my dad up. My dad then lets us open presents and makes us an awesome breakfast. And let me tell you, I am going on 25 years old and Christmas with my dad is AMAZING. It's like being a kid all over again because he hasn't toned it down a bit since we were just little kids.

{eight} what do you consider your greatest achievement?

Hmm. I will probably say it will be when I finally finish my Paralegal courses and get my degree, but since that hasn't happened yet, I would probably say landing the job that I have now.

{nine} what do you do to pamper yourself?

I love love love to have my hair done. And get pedicures. I do like manicures, too, but I'm terrible about picking off the nail polish. So I usually don't waste my money. Massages are awesome, too.

{ten} if you were to start your own restaurant, what would it be called?

I would call it Dinner. Just to confuse people. Your hubby/wifey/bff/boyfriend/girlfriend would be all "Let's go to Dinner." And you'd be like, "Where do you wanna go?" and they'd be like "Dinner." And you'd say, "I understand, but where do you want to go?"  And it would just keep going on and on.

{one} have you ever seen a ghost?

Er, no. I probably would have died of a heart attack, so I wouldn't be here right now answering these lovely questions.

{two} when was the last time you dressed up for Halloween?

Last year. I was a Spartan Queen and my friend was a Spartan. He was half naked. It was fun. I usually dress up every year.

{three} what’s your favorite candy?

Hmm, I love all candy but I would have to say Gummi Bears have my heart.

{four} did you have a favorite costume growing up?

I was a zombie once. It was my favorite costume because it wasn't girly and I got to look scary like my brothers.

{five} did you carve pumpkins this year?

Yes I did.

{six} what’s your favorite scary movie?

I really shit my pants enjoyed Paranormal Activity, but I really like the zombie movies. Like Zombieland, although it's not really scary.

{seven} haunted houses or corn mazes?

Haunted Houses. I would probably get lost in a maze of any sort.

{eight} are you superstitious?

Wow, I just posted about superstitions yesterday. No, I would not consider myself superstitious.

{nine} have you ever owned a black cat?

Nope. I've only owned one cat in my entire life and it was orange. It ran away. Probably because I'm not a cat person.

{ten} what are you plans for this coming Halloween?

Well, I think Boyfriend and are going to get dressed up as the Mad Hatter and Alice (I'll be Alice, of course) and go out to the bar, BUT Boyfriend has yet to get his costume, so we may just stay in and hand out candy to the kids in our new neighborhood.

Yes. When I was younger I would sneak out my bedroom window a lot. And I've locked myself out of my house more than once.


{two} what’s one subject that you wish you knew more about?

Politics I guess. Just so I could win political debates when my friends get drunk and wanna talk about Obama and Jesus.


{three} who’s your favorite villain?

The Joker


{four} have you ever hit a jackpot on a slot machine?

Psssht. No.

Beauty and the Beast. Without a doubt.

BE.FREAKIN'.NICE. I'm so sick of hearing about people getting killed over dumb things like $20.00. I'm also sick of hearing about all the bullying going on. So just be nice and let people live in peace. If they aren't hurting anyone, leave 'em the Hell alone.

Usually messy during the day but it must be cleaned and organized by the end of the day or I will have a panic attack. I cannot stand it messy.

Yes. Stupid gallbladder surgery.

Grilled. Fried food is yummy, but I can hear my arteries clogging while I eat it.

{two} if you could change one thing about where you live, without worrying about money, what would you change?

I would buy the house that sits on the property, tear it down and build a new one. I love the new place, but it is old. The property however is amazing.

{three} what is your favorite time of day?

5:15 p.m. That's what time I get home from work and I love knowing that I have the rest of the evening to do whatever I want.

{four} what’s your favorite cereal?

Fruit Loops.

{five} do you open your mouth when you put mascara on?

Of course! I don't think women know how to put mascara on with their mouths closed :)

{six} if you could make any fictional character come to life, which would it be?

Wow. Hmm. Probably Genie from Aladdin.

Ham and pineapple.

Very light. Any little noise wakes me up.
