Giggle, Wiggle and Jiggle

Note: Must read as an infomercial announcer.

Welcome to another FABULOUS Thursday here at Jumble Mash. I'm so glad that you have stopped by.

Are you getting into the Christmas spirit yet? Are you tired of hearing me talk about Christmas?

No? Then guess what I have for you! Your VERY own Christmas CD! All you have to do is buy the blank CD, pay to download the music, burn the CD, and then put it in your CD player and enjoy! You cannot beat this bargain. Especially with songs like...

O Holy Night
Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas
All I want for Christmas is you
Silent Night
Little Drummer Boy

Which must be placed on the CD multiple times because the creators of the ULTIMATE CHRISTMAS CD, the Jumble Mashers, chose the songs more than once! In fact Little Drummer Boy was picked, not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES!

But don't miss out on other favorites like...

Winter Wonderland
Fairytale of New York
I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas (which is also one of this announcer's favorites)
I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas
Sleigh Ride
All I want for Christmas is a Real Good Tan
White Christmas
Alive and the Chipmunks Christmas Song
Jingle Bell Rock
Redneck 12 Days of Christmas
Jingle Bells
Ave Maria
Carol of the Bells

All of this can be yours for three easy payments of $67.95. All proceeds go directly to me.

Ahem, ok, I'm back to normal now. Those were all of my commenter's favorite Christmas songs and what a list!! Some I've never heard of until now.

So new poll for the week...

When did you start your Christmas shopping?

Voting only takes a second, but it gives me something to talk about next week, so help me out!

Moving right along...the trivia question this week was If you were to receive all of the gifts in the song "The 12 Days of Christmas," how many gifts would you receive? Danger Boy was the first to answer 78, which I thought was correct, but then Cap'n Kyrie came and broke it down for us like this...

"12 partridges in pear trees.
22 turtle doves
30 french hens
36 calling birds
40 golden rings
42 geese a laying
42 swans a swimming
40 maids a milking
36 ladies dancing
30 lords a leaping
22 pipers piping
12 drummers drumming

Equals 364, I believe."

Because you get the present every freakin' time the song goes back through the numbers.

So they both win. Danger Boy picked the Giggle Button occupant first and Cap'n Kyrie's pick will go on next week. Yay for the winners!

And last but definitely not least...this week I bring to you...

Hakuna Matata

Ingrid is new here and I'm new to her blog, but I absolutely adore it already. And since I have THE best readers in the WHOLE ENTIRE BLOGGING UNIVERSE, I figured you guys would go show her some love.

Giggle, Wiggle and Jiggle

Another Thursday. Wow. In exactly two weeks I will be 25 years old. Oh and IT.WILL.NOT.STOP.SNOWING!! I really dislike snow.
Anyways...ya'll love Life, huh? Seriously, look...

Boyfriend loves that game. I however am a Monopoly lover! Has anyone played the Monopoly game on XBOX? IT.IS.AWESOME. They also have a game called Family Game Night that has Yahtzee, Life, Mouse Trap, etc. on it. It was pretty cool. Mouse trap kinda sucked, but Life was fun. I would recommend either games to anyone interested.

But speaking of Monopoly...wanna know how much I NEED this?

Really, really, really bad. Just sayin'.

Anyways, instead of doing regular poll this week, I am going to ask you a question that you can answer in the comments section and then I'll reveal the results next week. What's the question, you ask?

What is your favorite Christmas song?

Pirategeek won the Giggle Button trivia by answering What actress holds the record for most Oscars won correctly. The answer...Katherine Hepburn. Go on now. Click the button. I can wait.

Back? Ok good. I missed you. Anyways, would you believe that Canadian Blogger Girl actually knew who came in second? Seriously, she did. Ingrid Bergman.

It is a big deal,it is to me!Oh and don't think I forgot to give you an early present in the form of a blog recommendation :) This week I recommend to you my would be step mother if she weren't already married and also the person whom I swear shares half my brain.

That's right, Jess, I'm talking about you! Jess was the second blogger to ever follow me and the first doesn't blog anymore, so I don't count it anyways. So she has been with me from the beginning. Jess is amazing and ALWAYS makes an effort to    show some love.

Happy Thursday, Jumble Mashers.

Giggle, Wiggle, and Jiggle

Here are the results of the poll this week!

It's kinda hard to read, but out of 38 votes, Married with Children and In a Relationship won it with 9 votes each. I was totally going to give you guys some stats about real averages in the U.S. but IT'S THANKSGIVING and I don't wanna.

So I'm going to...

A) tell you that Barb came up with Thursday's new title. Giggle, Wiggle, and Jiggle will be the title of every Thursday's poll results, Giggle Button results, and blog recommendation. I love the name. It's quite catchy, right? I'm also recommending you go check her out as well as Tickets For Two! Both are fabulous blogs that you really don't wanna miss.

B) tell you that the new poll is What is your favorite board game?

C) reveal that Stephanie C has won the Giggle Button trivia by answering What is Madonna's last name? correctly. The answer is Ciccone.

D) tell you that I am EXTREMELY thankful for the following (in no particular order)

Boyfriend
Friends
Family
Blogging
Cookies
Internet
Cell Phones
My Dog
Video Games
Brad Pitt
Spite
Online Shopping

You're welcome.

Have a very happy Thanksgiving, all! Wish we could all have dinner together!

Insert Witty Title

Thank you all so much for voting, as always. Here are the results.

This is out of 27 votes. Even if you follow 1 blog, you are awesome in my book. Do you know how much us blogger's love our followers? Seriously. Followers are to bloggers what alcohol is to an alcoholic. No joke.

I personally follow 96 blogs. It takes me hours...I mean hours, to go through my reading list every day and try to comment. Sometimes, I just don't comment because I have no clue what to say, but I read them...every day. It's my morning routine.

I come in, sit at my desk, open up Blogger, post, then start reading. Usually by noon, I've caught up on everything and start on my actual work. It's my favorite part of the day. Honestly.  Then after I finish my real work, I log back on and check to see if there have been anymore updates. (I think I may be obsessed)

You bloggers make me laugh, cry, rant, ooo and awe first thing in the morning. My commenters make me so happy that no matter what kind of work bullshit I'm putting up with, its ok. I can escape here.

So thank you. Everyone. This Thanksgiving at the dinner table when I'm asked what I'm thankful for, I'm going to say my blogging friends. My grandparents are going to look at me like I've grown two heads and probably think that blogging is some kind of illegal activity. Boyfriend will say, "Gee Thanks." My sisters will start going on and on about which posts they liked the best. My mom will laugh and act like she has a clue.

Yep. I'm going to take over Thanksgiving conversation. No one's thankful speech will beat mine.

Anyways, back to being a follower, this week I am recommending *Dandelion Wishes*. I absolutely adore this blog. She is also doing an amazing giveaway. Go check her out and enter for a chance to win a whole blog makeover!

Photobucket

Ok! New poll for the week!

What is your status?

It only takes a second to vote!

Also, Barb won the Giggle Button trivia this week by answering In the TV series MASH, what is Radar's surname? first. The answer was indeed O'Reilly. Go click the button. Do it.

Isn't Radar adorable? I heart him.

P.S. I'm trying to think of a reoccurring title for my Thursday poll results, Giggle Button winner, and blog recommendation. I'm coming up short. Anyone got any ideas?

Thursday Means Almost Friday

Have I ever told you guys how much I love you? It makes me very happy when I log into my account and see new comments and new followers. It also makes me very happy when you participate in my silly little games. They keep me entertained and that’s all that matters, right? So I'm implementing and new tradition here on Thursdays to show my appreciation. Every Thursday I am going to recommend a new blog and hope that my readers will go and check it out. So you will actually get two new recommendations if you click on the Giggle Button, too. How lucky are you?!

Anyways, today I recommend Unexpected Surprises because well, she is awesome and so darn cute. Please stop by and have a look!

Now, for the poll results, 74% of you chose Facebook as your favorite social network. This was out of 31 votes. Facebook has more than 500 million active users so that comes to no surprise to me. Although, I kinda thought Twitter would take the cake. I really don’t know how to use Twitter. I fake it. I also really liked that 5 of you said that all social networking sites suck. That makes me giggle.
(Check out my rant about things that piss me off about Facebook.)
Have you seen the Facebook movie? I haven’t yet, but I heard the story is pretty much a bunch of bullshit and not at all like what really happened. Oh well. Hollywood has always been messing up books made into movies, so they may as well mess up true stories made into movies as well.

The new poll for this week is...

How many blogs do you follow?

My other game, Giggle Button Trivia, was won by Canadian Blogger Girl who answered Who played Batman in the film ‘Batman Forever’ correctly. It was indeed Val Kilmer. Sexy Val Kilmer. Go click on the button. You know you wanna.

It’s almost Friday, guys!

Poll/Trivia

First, I wanna thank you all for your support. Your comments on my last post were amazing and really meant a lot to me. My grandma was a very important person in my life.

Now down to business. Who would ya'll like to see fall off the map?
As I suspected, Justin Bierber took this one home. I personally voted for Lady Gaga, but its ok, JB annoys me, too. Did you know that he is one of the most popular Twitter users, though? He has something like 5,500,000 followers. Crazy. A lot of people give a shit about him, which is weird to me.

New poll is Which is your favorite social network?

Anyways, Thisisme won the trivia challange. The question was What was the python's name in the novel 'Jungle Book'?

She guessed Kaa and was 100% correct! Go check out who she picked to be on the Giggle Button!

Until next week....

You are getting verrrry sleepy

Which way do my readers sleep?

This is out of 26 votes. Do you know what that says about your personality? A bunch of B.S., but I'll share with you what I found anyways.

Side sleepers- You are calm and rational person with a good deal of balance in your life. Friends consider you to be kind, caring, and truly loyal. You are easy going and trusting. However, you are too sensible to fall for mind games. Open to the world, you are not afraid to be yourself.
If you don't get enough sleep, you are: Able to cope
It's hard to sleep next to you because: You're a bed hog

Back Sleepers-You are confident and ready to tackle life. You are pretty vain and happy with your physical appearance. You are born to be the center of attention, and you're unhappy on the sidelines. You're always up for trying something new - in and out of bed!
If you don't get enough sleep, you: Look like hell
It's hard to sleep next to you because: You toss and turn all night

Stomach Sleepers- You have a passion for everything - including sleeping. Outgoing and brash, you tend to still shock those who know you well. You tend to be selfish. You are the most likely type to take over the whole bed.You gravitate toward comfort and don't like extreme situations.
If you don't get enough sleep, you are: In a very bad mood
It's hard to sleep next to you because: You hog the covers.

I sleep on my side but I am so not a bed hog. Most of the time.

Here are some more detailed sleep descriptions.

Foetus (fetus?)Those who curl up in the foetus position are described as tough on the outside but sensitive at heart. They may be shy when they first meet somebody, but soon relax. This is the most common sleeping position, adopted by 41% of the 1,000 people who took part in the survey. More than twice as many women as men tend to adopt this position.

LogLying on your side with both arms down by your side. These sleepers are easy going, social people who like being part of the in-crowd, and who are trusting of strangers. However, they may be gullible.

YearnerPeople who sleep on their side with both arms out in front are said to have an open nature, but can be suspicious, cynical. They are slow to make up their minds, but once they have taken a decision, they are unlikely ever to change it.

SoldierLying on your back with both arms pinned to your sides. People who sleep in this position are generally quiet and reserved. They don't like a fuss, but set themselves and others high standards.

FreefallLying on your front with your hands around the pillow, and your head turned to one side. Often gregarious and brash people, but can be nervy and thin-skinned underneath, and don't like criticism, or extreme situations.

StarfishLying on your back with both arms up around the pillow. These sleepers make good friends because they are always ready to listen to others, and offer help when needed. They generally don't like to be the centre of attention.

Says I'm a Yearner. *Shrugs*

New poll: Who would you like to see fall off the map? Your votes make me smile. Give a smile away today :)

Peregrin won the Giggle Button trivia and has chosen the new occupant. Click to find out!

Lady Lovin'

So it looks like Bret Michaels is the popular vote for getting the most lady lovin'. Out of 18 votes, 8 chose Bret.

I think I may have to agree with that. I mean Rock of Love went for what? Three seasons? And it seemed as though he slept with lots of women during those shows. Lots and lots of women.

He is pretty sexy. Even though he is older than my parents.

Hugh Hefner and John Mayer tied for second with four votes. And surprisingly Robert Pattinson came in last with 2 votes. I honestly think that dude has to turn down the lady lovin' because there is so much thrown at him. That's just me though.

Anyway, let's get down to business. This week's poll question is...

Which way do you sleep? Go vote. (Me love you.)

AMCHornetgirl won the Giggle Button question and has chosen one of her favorite blogs to be featured this week. Go check it out!!!

P.S. Want to share your pumpkin photos??? Send me an email of your pumpkin by Sunday and I will feature them on Monday. (All credit will be given accordingly, of course)

Who was naked?

Before I start with the poll results and Giggle Button winner, I have to recommend this to you guys.

Pink Ray Gun is offering awesome pumpkin carving templates. Like this one...

Vampire Bill from True Blood
Go check it out. If at least five of you email me photos of your carved pumpkins, I will share them on here. I know Boyfriend and I plan to carve next week, so you'll be seeing my pumpkins anyways. May as well make a whole post out of it! :)

Anyways...last week's poll was "How many articles of clothing are you wearing?"

Here are the results...
Out of 31 voters, 13 had on 1-3 articles of clothing, 10 had on 4-5, and 5 had on 6 or more. I find it disturbing/awesome that 3 of you read my blog while you were naked. Thanks to everyone that participated.

So for this week, the poll is "Which celebrity do you think gets the most lady lovin'?"

Also, Jess won the Giggle Button contest and has chosen one of her favorite blogs to fill this week's spot. Go click to find out! The question she answered was...

In The Big Lebowski, what is the main character's favorite drink?
Answer: White Russian

Happy Thursday! (One more day 'til Friday. I can do this.)
