5 Things That Drive Me Crazy- Work Place Edition

Animosity- There is nothing worse than going to work every morning and feeling like the person down the hall hates your guts. And its usually because they think they are better than you. I just wanna smack them and be like, "You know what? You aren't better than me so now would be a good time to get over it."

Slobs- We have a cleaning crew at my office and I get absolutely embarrassed sometimes when they walk through the door in the evenings. I work in a male dominate office (not sexist...true) and they cannot pick up after themselves. I would hate to be any of their wives.

Incompetent Bosses- My boss cannot mail a letter by himself. No kidding. And he makes 4 times my salary. He also asks me to do really preposterous things like, "sign my name to this letter." and "can you find me a blue pen?" Because honestly...he can't do it himself. Not to mention when I ask him a real work related question, he tells me to ask someone else.

Lazy Co-Workers- Not to be confused with slobs. These are the people who slack off all day when you are busting your ass. Even if it doesn't effect your work....it's aggravating as Hell.

Hand Me Downs- This is when people higher up than you pass their work onto you just because they can. As if you are just sitting around waiting on them to give you work because your life depends on it. It's really infuriating when they act like you should be happy about it.

I get the animosity one completely. I have a 'superior' who will hand me a piece of paper without looking at me, and say, "fax this." and then walk away. WTF happened to please and thank you?! I am not your personal monkey you bastard! I want to tell him exactly what he can do with his fax, but I have a sneaking suspicion that it might cost me my job...

It so sucks when you have to bite your tongue so that you don't go off on asshats like that. My boss is very similiar. If he said please or thank you, I would seriously fall out of my chair.
